This was such a great spontaneous getaway for us. Unfortunately, we only had one night to stay before we had to get home so we didn't get to continue to enjoy the relaxing environment like we wanted to. The beauty yet simplicity of it was just right for recalibrating in nature and privacy. The hot tub was a nice touch too. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed as well. Shower, sinks, toilets floors and bedding and hot tub were all 5 stars on cleanliness for sure. That alone made it worth it. In the fast paced world we all live in, the reminder of simplicity and that being in nature can literally slow down the world. This is a great little place and I hope it continues to successfully bring people in and reconnect them with a slower pace that allows them to recharge. Keep it up.

My husband and I stayed at the Missing Hotel to celebrate our birthdays. It was a perfect getaway! We stayed in the Nova Dome which was clean and comfortable. We skipped the hot tub since it was in the 90s outside but the little deck was cute and the hanging chairs were the perfect place for watching the sunset and enjoy our morning coffee. We loved seeing MJ the ranch cat as we explored the property. The only thing that could be improved would be the addition of a few more hooks to hang belongings on. We took the hour drive to Enchanted Rock for a hike and explored Fredericksburg during our stay then had a perfect quiet night at Missing with some charcuterie and bottle of wine. I’d definitely recommend it for a great unplugged getaway.

This place is so magical! We loved the visit so much we stayed an extra day. There are so many awesome things to see and just the landscape is awesome! We stayed in a dome and that wad amazing. MJ came to visit a bunch too. I hope everyone explores the place when they visit. It was awesome!! We will definitely be back!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Definitely recommend! Me and my partner were celebrating his 44th birthday, along with our 5 year anniversary! We were able to reconnect, go MISSING from our day to day life, 3 kids that do ALL of the sports🥴 run 2 businesses, I was so nice to get a way for a few days!!! Tom, the owner was so nice, and I love meeting the face of, at least one, of the people that makes it all happen!!! Maintenance team, I’m so sorry I forgot your name, but were also super welcoming, and helped us get around!!! We loved Elvis and Presley, Gracie their daughter, along with Bob and Marley(Bob and Marley fight a lot) the creek!!! The creek was by far our favorite part!!! Water is super clear, just a beautiful experience overall, we will definitely be staying here again!!! Thank you so much!!!

My girlfriend and I go glamping often--we have probably been to just about every glamping site in the Hill Country. All that to say, we've had experience with a wide array of settings, amenities, and views. However, Missing Hotel stands out amongst the rest. We stayed in the Zephyr unit, which was absolutely stunning. My girlfriend and I kept talking about just how exquisite the interior styling is as well as the layout of the unit itself (for example, how the outdoor shower/tub connects to the interior shower via a door). The view from the hot tub and the hanging chairs into the hills through the trees was sublime! We will be sure to return, not only to this unit but to check out the other units as well. The service and kindness also touched us quite warmly--we had forgotten one of our bags, and Missing Hotel offered to ship it to us. This in and of itself I considered already a service that was above and beyond, but UPS had an issue shipping the bag. That was when Tom, the owner, personally drove and dropped off the bag at my address (which I hope he doesn't mind me mentioning)! It was such an exceptional gesture and I intend to pay it forward. So book here, and tell all your friends about your great experience afterwards. Missing Hotel is a special place, and our stay will be a core memory for my girlfriend and I for years to come.

Where to even begin! We ended up staying in YOKU and let me just say it was fabulous!! The night sky under the sunroof was beautiful. Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. For anyone wondering the beds are very comfy, the AC works amazing and there’s so much to do on site. We cooked all our own meals and packed a cooler down for our 3 night stay. We took a dip in the naturally spring fed swim area and the water was the perfect temp after our hike down, you can also see clear through the water at all the fish swimming around. You can definitely get lost in nature… it’s amazing. We are already planning a trip back with our teenage kids. A huge thank you to David who took us around on the ATV to show us all there is to do, it was so beyond helpful and another huge thank you to Tom who took the time to give us a tour of another dome we are wanting to book for the trip with our kids. We will definitely be back and I’m even more excited to share this property with our teenagers. If you’re considering it, BOOK THE TRIP, you won’t regret it. We are business owners and this is exactly the kind of mental break we needed to unwind from our busy lives. Thank y’all for sharing your beautiful property with us and allowing us to make special memories for my 40th bday and our 14 year anniversary. It meant so much to us ❤️

Wow! What can I say? This place truly touched our hearts. From the breathtaking views to MJ the cat, everything was perfect. The dome we stayed in was incredibly cozy and had everything we needed for our two-night stay. Soaking in the hot tub while taking in the stunning scenery made us feel like we were somewhere in Europe. Even though it rained for most of our stay, we were so fortunate to have Tom, the father of the hotel, take us around the property in his ATV and show us all of its hidden gems. Thank you, Tom, for making our stay so memorable—you are a truly special human being. I recommend that everyone book a stay here at least once—you won’t regret it. The property becomes even more magical once you experience everything it has to offer. There’s a beautiful 300-year-old tree that you can walk up to, standing majestically on the land. It felt like something straight out of a storybook. Lover’s Cove is the perfect place to take a dip in some of the clearest water you’ll ever see—it feels like your own private beach. And hitting golf balls off the cliff was so much fun! There is so much to see, explore, and enjoy here. We can’t wait to come back.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Nova dome and enjoyed every moment. It was very simple to find our dome using the instructions sent to me by text the day before. The trails and scenery are beautiful and we found several gems along the way. This place is a wonderful place to unplug and reconnect. We will be back!
